Plan and schedule all import and export finished goods of wine for the Stockton warehouse

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work with carriers to schedule import and export loads of wine in an efficient manner.
Process all AFFES orders.
Work with the Rework Lead to ensure proper processing of orders for export customer requirements.
Maintain the spreadsheet for scheduling and publish for the warehouse team.
Provide all required documentation to the compliance team.
Act as a back up to shipping clerk.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and twisting in the performance of various task in the warehouse environment.
Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred)
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and to meet changing customer requirements.
Strong ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
Ability to understand, and support management direction.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
PC skills in excel, word and power point.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with other departments such as customer service, scheduling, and purchasing.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
