Continually aware of working SAFE at all times Excellent QUALITY workmanship Must be a TEAM player Available to work Day Shift (7AM-3:
30PM) and Swing Shift (3PM-11:
30PM) Positive attitude, organized, detail oriented and customer focused Must be able to meet tight deadlines when needed Must work overtime if necessary (one hour daily and Saturdays) Stand and move during full 8 or 9 hour shift Hold spray gun continuously during 8 or 9 hour shift Accept direction and adhere to company processes with regard to our application and quality standards If mandatory overtime occurs, it's 1 hour on weekdays working until 12:
30 AM and/or 8 hours on Saturday Skills and
Experience:
2 years of verifiable cabinet finishing experience or equivalent Finishing experience in a production environment is a plus Working knowledge of stains, paint, toners, sealers and topcoats including lacquers, varnishes and catalization and reduction techniques Use of piston pumps, diaphragm pumps, pressure pots, cup guns, airless, air assisted, HVLP and conventional spray equipment Ability to repair spray guns and hose assemblies Ability to match colors (touch up and stains)
