SUMMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cultivates healthy and growing social media communities across various corporate accounts Create exciting and valuable content experience for communities across multiple platforms through the daily social media editorial calendar Supports global marketing initiatives through written and verbal collaboration Works closely with product marketing groups to align media content and marketing timelines Maintains communication with key departments throughout the product life cycle Attends key events and works closely with Sports Marketing to support athletes WHAT YOU LL NEED TO WIN Basic Qualifications Must have an interest in learning about new social media platforms and strategies and evaluating whether they are a good fit for the company Must be punctual and organized Must maintain a team collaborative mindset Must be able to use time efficiently with little supervision and excel in following through Must demonstrate strong problem-solving and resolution-oriented skills Must be able to function in high-stress environment and with tight deadlines Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Must hold a Bachelors Degree in a related field, preferably English, Communications, or Marketing Must be knowledgeable in cycling and cycling culture, specifically in performance road and mountain categories Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing social media accounts, in at least one of the following platforms:
Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google
Experience in social media analytics (Sports Marketing, Sales, Sports Media, PR, Broadcasting) Source:
