140####### The Supervisor II position is responsible for all day-to-day clinic operation activities that support patients, physicians, clinic staff, internal and external laboratory and imaging staff, hospital staff, patient family members, and vendors by offering leadership, vision, open communications, solutions, and customer service.
Supervisors II are directly responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, preparing reviews, rewarding, disciplining, and terminating employee's per Dignity Health Medical Foundation policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
-One (1) year experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Office Supervisor preferred; or an equivalent amount of Supervisory experience in a high-volume customer service role in another industry/environment; or one (1) year experience in a Lead position within Dignity Health Medical Foundation.
-Bachelors degree in a relevant field or has comparable mix of education combined with experience in a clinic setting.
