Backroom Lead job in TRACY - Sears Holdings (TRACY, CA)
o Performs Backroom Associate job duties o Supports store management in developing a high performance team by assisting in scheduling and supervision of Backroom Associates, as well as training and coaching on backroom processes and standards o Understands website navigation, and proactively leverages technology in order to facilitate the customer experience o Acts as a role model and personally contributes to attainment of department goals o Adheres to merchandise and inventory protection standards o Assists in resolving customer issues and complaints; escalates issues to Store Manager or Operations Assistant Store Manager as necessary o Fosters a team environment o Assists with oversight of home delivery functions, in select stores o Performs other duties and projects as assigned o Ability to move up to 50 lbs.
