Senior Account Manager - Seaton Corp (Tracy, CA)
Make associate hiring and firing associate relations activities, communications, and investigations.
Manage the facility recruitment funnel by placing advertisements, interviewing and placing employees in the production floor.
Work on special projects and reports to the Director of Operations such as forecasting, financial and trend analysis, recruiting, strategic planning and site action plans.
Manage the office budget.
Ensure compliance with contract related services, interviewing, orientations, payroll and invoicing.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
At least 5 years proven management and leadership experience of 10
direct reports.
Warehouse/Distribution Management experience preferred.
Multi- site, large team management experience is required.
Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office proficient, Excel, PPT and Word).
Strong client centered service delivery and impeccable client relation skills required.
Demonstrated verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
