Our busy Stockton office is looking for a long-term, professional, and energetic individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.
In this position, our Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining all incoming communications including phone calls, mail, and visitors.

box (the equivalent of a case of copier paper) Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and organize tasks accordingly Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work An innate ability to problem solve and excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills This position is an in-office position - During business hours Monday - Friday, 8:
00am - 5:
00pm & working overtime during busy season You Will Greet clients, staff and other visitors to the office, and connect them with the appropriate staff member in the office Answer main office line and answer caller's questions, route and/or take notes; handle calls as expeditiously as possible Manage incoming and outgoing mail which includes:
tracking incoming and outgoing packages, certified mail, and routing via multiple mail carrier services Manage conference room with scheduling, event set up/tear down, service requests, etc.
Assist with office events and functions like; birthday events, social office activities, client meetings, training events, corporate service events, and other events as they come up Assist the various practice groups with administrative tasks on an as needed basis Order office and kitchen supplies, ensure the office and kitchen remain tidy, maintain functionality of the office equipment, and keeping our kitchen fully organized, stocked, and operational.
