Production Supervisor
I am currently working with an extremely progressive company that is one of the largest and most successful in their sector of the livestock feed market. They know that their success is due to the success of their employees. This company has about 25 facilities nationwide but are looking for a Production Supervisor for one of their California facilities. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, responsible for manufacturing efficiency, inventory management, order fulfillment and delivery, operational maintenance, and repair.
What makes this opportunity Unique, is that they are looking for someone they can train and groom into a future Plant Manager of one of their other facilities.
The right candidate will have experience overseeing operations for feed, food, grain or other ag facility.
Production Supervisor Background Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 3 years of experience as a production supervisor and/or plant operations experience in feed, food or other manufacturing facility
- Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to generate, read, analyze and understand financial reports and budgets
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all operations
