Responsibilities under this position will include scheduling staff for morning and evening shifts and providing directives.
The Program Supervisor will become familiar with program logistics as far reaching goals and objectives.
This position shall attend community events to conduct outreach with the team, along with generating quantitative and qualitative reports.
The Program Supervisor will also coordinate effective campaigns and events on behalf of El Concilio California, that will target areas such as San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and other other counties as needed.
This position requires flexibility in work schedule as far as mornings, evenings and weekends.
Employment Type:
Temporary - Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Qualifications:
A Masters Degree in Public Administration or related field, with 1-3 years of experience in a managerial position is highly preferred; Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field with 2-5 years of experience in a managerial position is required.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance; Must pass a Background Check, Bilingual - Spanish required
