Candidates must have strong analytical and data entry skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES This position provides administrative and database support in the areas of constituent and gift management and acknowledgements.
Considerable time spent on routine data entry and data input.
The candidate must maintain confidentiality on all school and office information.
DUTIES Gather and input constituent information in database to ensure all records are accurate and current.
Must be able to identify inconsistencies/errors in data information that need to be addressed.
Must have above average skills in excel with emphasis on mail merging and personalizing donor specific information.
Export statistical data from database for fundraising activities and create lists and reports with minimal supervision.
Accurately enter and process all contributions and create receipts and thank you letters.
Create donation forms for online giving and download online transactions into constituent records.
Monitor BBMS accounts.
Email Finance Office BBMS disbursement reports based on BBMS schedule.
Become familiar with RE NXT.
Monitor possible duplicates from RE NXT and update records in database view.
Working with Database Administrator, is responsible for Database Hygiene:
Run Health ScoreCard (Data Health Center) Run Email Finder, Address Finder, Deceased Finder, People Finder (new), Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)-finds missing constituents.
Run Duplicate Constitute Report and merge duplicate constituents.
Clean up database by creating and running queries of missing biographical and address information and update records with correct information.
Enter all new alumni and new parents.
Maintain and monitor/track ongoing list of all scholarships including donor information, donations, recipients and allocations.
Work with Finance to keep an accurate up-to-date list of new and dropped recipients and changes in allocations.
Working with Advancement Director, create a solicitation letter to reach new donors.
Create and mail thank you letters for all donations managed by Advancement.
Give a report at weekly department meetings.
Create and maintain an ongoing calendar of all scheduled activities and calendar each item in department shared calendar.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Conscientious in execution of duties with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Apps.
Ability to create various templates for letter writing.
Above average organizational and time management skills.
Above average written communication skills.
Ability to effectively work with staff and constituents at all levels.
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
Ability to work independently without close oversight when necessary.
Must have above average skill in data management and segmentation.
Ability to handle deadlines and stressful situations in a calm, orderly, and accurate manner.
Ability to assume responsibility with minimal supervision, prioritize and organize workload, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Candidates should have a combination of education and experience equivalent to the following:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data entry/management in a non-profit or education environment.
High school graduate and some post high-school education preferred.
