We're looking for a vibrant salesperson for the role of Service Advisor.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Greet customers immediately upon entry and use our software to write up all their concerns, procure the required parts, dispatch to the advantage of the techs and the shop.
Present recommended services and communicate the status of repair updates as needed to customers.
We make honest, sensible recommendations, and our advisors explain the benefits and make the sale.
Work with shop foreman and other advisors to improve overall shop performance.
Provide assistance as needed to technicians and service advisors for continued growth.
Ensure vehicles and customers meet deadlines as indicated upon drop off.
Toole's Garage Service Advisors help customers navigate through the tough process of understanding their vehicles needs and the value of the repairs being recommended.
