We are looking for experienced individuals for this role, and they must meet the following requirements:
-At least 2 years of verifiable SPAB or school bus driving experience -A clean driving history with no accidents in last 5 years -Must be available at least on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with preference going to those with full time availability.
Experienced school bus drivers will make $31 per hour.
Experienced SPAB drivers will make $28 per hour.
Benefits include 100% paid health insurance coverage, vision and dental included (for the employee).
Drivers with proper certifications will be able to start full time immediately.
Coach Operators are responsible for pre- and post-trip inspections, driving and maneuvering coaches, assisting passengers and their luggage, maintaining accurate vehicle inspections and accurately reporting driver hours and miles driven on paper and in the on-board electronic device.
Requirements:
CDL required.
Must have the passenger and air brake endorsements prior to hire Must be able to pass required DOT physical, drug screen, and background check Possess a clean driving record- this will be checked thoroughly Must be a careful, patient, non-aggressive driver with an excellent driving record High School diploma or GED preferred Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Job Types:
