We will provide extensive training to a dependable, professional, detail-oriented team player, who wants to start or enhance their accounting career with us.
The candidate must have strong math and computer skills.
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Specialist will have responsibilities for accounting functions including but not limited to, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll and general ledger.
The Accounting Specialist I oversees and processes accurate and timely payments to all vendors, and is responsible for preparing monthly service billing.
Additional responsibilities include those related to time keeping and payroll processing, and assists in preparing financial reports and journal entries.
The position handles sensitive information and must maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED, strong computer knowledge including use of Microsoft Office, proficient in clerical skills, typing, and 10-key.
All positions are driver approved and applicants must have a vehicle available for use daily.
Qualifications:
AA degree, knowledge of QuickBooks or other Accounting software, experience in Accounting field.
