This is a full-time position, and the individual will report to the Office Manager and work closely with the billing, AR, and AP staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables companywide.
Key
Responsibilities:
Displays professional communication skills with vendors on phone.
Code & processes invoices accurately and on time with proper approvals.
Processes checks as needed with proper documentation attached.
Performs month-end tasks for close.
Sets up and maintains vendor details with proper information.
Required Skills/
Experience:
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and team building skills.
Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail.
Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, accounting team, and other employees throughout the company.
Excellent organizational skills.
Accurate and fast keyboarding skills, including 10-key.
