Position Overview The project manager role at Renaissance Groups is a 12-month full time position, and will focus on executing a public sector grant to help a local partner (Housing Authority of San Joaquin County) implement a shared electric vehicle (EV) car share program across the county.
We expect this FT employee role will work about 40 hours a week.
This will include project management, stakeholder coordination, grant reporting and other logistics as necessary.
The nature of this role and this work is highly dynamic and iterative - as we aspire to serve the community's needs and be responsive to funders.
As a result, high standards for creativity, patience, and communication will be required to balance the needs of both sets of stakeholders - and navigate corresponding shifts to work plans.

ZEV stands for zero-emission vehicles EV Carshare - ZEV Workforce Development (55%) Collection of data and documentation necessary for CEC's quarterly reports, including new hires, community outreach, program enrollment, etc.
Coordinate correspondence with the ZEV project partners, including Delta College, SJCOE, and Housing Authority (HACSJ) job developer, and community coaches, to gain data needed for reporting Develop and manage data collection tools and methods, including designing program surveys for distribution through job developers and other channels and writing reports for analysis and dissemination Develop marketing and outreach activities, including creating flyers, other advertisement merchandise, and provide outreach to prospective candidates through community events such as EV launch events, community fairs and other appropriate venues Participate in outreach activities and events to recruit participants for workforce development programs Work with workforce training participants to help them find employment and track their progress Work with HACSJ staff to engage participants EV Carshare - Project Management Assistance / Administration (45%) Document program timetables, program structure (i.
