The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee records and benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and regulations, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for helping people.
Bi-lingual in Spanish or Punjabi Temporary position:

Responsibilities:
Help with Screening Candidates Filling Answering Phones Helping with on-boarding Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Maintain employee records and files.
Assist with performance management processes.
Scheule Interviews Develop and maintain a positive work environment.
