You'll develop, implement, and evaluate HR policy and procedure for an Acute Care Hospital, Rural Health Clinic Network, and Skilled Nursing Facility.
A strong background human resources leadership in the healthcare industry, as well as the skillset that comes along with Rural Health leadership will be important to the Director's success.
Priorities for the Director of Human Resources will include broad oversight of a wide array of HR programs, such as:
Employee Relations - Includes fostering and maintaining cross-discipline leadership relationships, staff and management interactions, and leading the development of training and compliance programs.
Performance Management - You'll serve as the subject matter expert, helping department heads establish and meet goals with respect to human resources.
You'll also own broad oversight of efficiency reporting for the individual facilities and the health system as a whole.
Compensation - The Director will oversee the total compensation plans for employees, negotiate with applicable unions, and administration of the organization's compensation guidelines Departmental Budget Management - Working with the Chief Financial Officer, you'll develop, implement, and maintain an efficient and effective budget for the Human Resources Department.
