Responsibilities:
- Handle daily invoicing for outbound loads.
- Manage customer inventory pulls (BH, PR, etc.).
- Enter new orders accurately into QuickBooks.
- Communicate with customers regarding sales orders.
- Receive and input completed work orders into QuickBooks.
- Address issues with orders and communicate with departments and customers.
- Enter Vendor Direct and Direct Shipments into the system.
- Assist with filing invoices if needed.
- Perform administrative tasks for senior staff.
CSR
Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
