CAKE MAIN DUTIES:

In partnership with Value Stream Managers, coordinates and supports execution of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Training activities:
:
Schedules and organize meetings :
Build support from Value Stream Managers and other leadership roles to effectively implement CI and training initiatives :
Work with all levels of the organization to influence and drive results :
Coordinate team activities (5S, AM teams, etc) to accomplish CI Master Plan initiatives :
Work with CI Manager, as needed, for CI and training objectives; Communicate CI and Training progress with CI Manager :
Track CI and Training progress through data collection and recording :
Tracks CI and Training progress and acquires assistance and support from Value Stream and functional leadership to complete goals :
Implements CI Master Plan activities through influencing, teamwork; works with CI Manager to prioritize activities :
Supports CDC implementation in areas of training, system reporting, user access rights, troubleshooting, and check sheet development :
Actively participate on plant CI Steering Team :
