Clinical Quality Manager

Company Description Job Description The Clinical Quality Manager is responsible for planning, direction, oversight, and evaluation of Clinical Quality and outreach such as flu clinics, the Pay for Performance program and Rx Renewal program for a large medical group located in Central CA.
This person is responsible for IMQ Accreditation, health plan audits, and for management of the Quality Department staff and programs.
Responsible for coordinating appropriate peer review as it relates to patient complaints and clinical risk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in business or health care is required.
Current RN license for the State of California.
An equivalent combination of experience and education (years) may be substituted.
Five (5) years experience in Clinical Quality or Clinical Operations.
Management experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
Experience in complaint resolution.
Working knowledge of the Lean processes preferred.
Must have knowledge of National and State Quality Metrics and qualifying organizations including NCQA, IMQ, IHA, Hedis, and Pay for Performance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
