Case Management and Quality Manager

Large Central CA Muliti-Specialty Medical Group seeks a Case Management and Quality Manager.
The Manager is accountable for planning, direction, oversight, and evaluation of Clinical Quality and outreach such as flu clinics, the Pay for Performance program and Rx Renewal program.
Responsible for IMQ Accreditation that occurs every 3 years, health plan audits, and for management of the Quality Department staff and programs.
Responsible for coordinating appropriate peer review as it relates to patient complaints and clinical risk.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in business or health care is required.
Current RN license in the State of California.
Experience:
Five (5) years previous experience in Clinical Quality or Clinical Operations.
Management experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted.
Experience in complaint resolution and working knowledge of the Lean processes KNOWLEDGE:
Must have knowledge of National and State Quality Metrics and qualifying organizations including NCQA, IMQ, IHA, Hedis, and Pay for Performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
