You will report directly to the CEO and work with the CAO and leaders in the commercial banking group.
It is a combination of executive admin and Project Manager role - you will get to use all your skills! What you need for this position:
- Formal Bachelor's degree - 5
years of experience as an Executive Admin in a large corporate setting or bank - Strong technology/computer skills - you will be doing reports, multiple projects and project management - Excellent oral and verbal communication skills - Ability to work with all levels of bank staff as well as internal & external customers - Highly developed 'soft' skills - Excellent organizational skills (calendaring, managing appointments, you will be doing all the executive admin duties as well as project management - Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS softwares - Knowledge of Visio, Access, MS Office, MS Project Manager experience is highly preferred! - prepare management packets, PowerPoint presentations, review contract - develop project plans, take detailed notes at all related meetings - Prepare quarterly reports for the CFO - coordinate & monitor new hire process - prepare & monitor monthly employee roster report of employees - keep HR informed of employee transfers within the departments - strong tech skills, strong PM skills - oversee project teams related to web development, and other tech projects - problem solving, organizational, multi-tasking, & troubleshooting skills What you will be doing:
