Specific Responsibilities and Functions:
Advanced AutoCAD skills.
2-3 years of architectural, structural and AutoCAD experience with some modular building experience.
AutoCAD credential/degree or experience with some architectural schooling.
Windows skills.
The ability to read and draft custom sales orders.
Organizing drawings for consultants.
Comprehension of structural drawings and details. Reading and understanding structural calculations.
The ability to spot building problems or concerns.
The ability to use in-house resources such as co-workers and book sources.
Knowledge of code requirements. Knowledge of fire/life/safety issues: i.e. rated walls, egresses, and fire alarm equipment.
The ability to produce quality drawings quickly with minimum corrections.
Other duties as assigned
Pay $15.00 - $17.00

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
